No shipments occur in test mode. Texas is the only enabled test destination, and the state setting is editable; it is not a legal safe harbor or permission to ship. Address entry exists only to exercise the sandbox workflow.
If shipping is later activated, each destination must first be enabled after purchaser, research-use, product, licensing, and destination review. Orders would ship only to an approved United States research address. International shipping, freight forwarding, and unverified residential delivery remain disabled.
Shipment records would need to identify the verified consignee, address, date, quantity, and lot or batch code and be retained for the required period. Address accuracy is the requestor's responsibility. Unused material would have to be returned or disposed of only under an approved procedure.
