No real charges occur in test mode. Mock, PayPal sandbox, Venmo test, and Zelle manual-transfer paths are workflow simulations; processor or bank approval is not implied.
For a future approved service, a declined or cancelled pre-shipment request would be refunded to the original approved payment method. Manual transfers would require verified receipt before an order could be treated as paid. Provider posting times and lawful return or disposition obligations could differ.
Shipped materials would not be restocked. An incorrect, damaged, or nonconforming shipment would need to be reported promptly with the order and lot number. Any legally required return or controlled-disposition obligation would remain effective regardless of refund status.
